The Calgary Fire Red and White hockey sisters shared the top spot in the Alberta Female Hockey League (Midget Elite) as they closed out play for 2019 and the first half of the 2019-20 season. Both teams tallied 29 points and recorded just two regular time losses.

In their two league meetings, Fire White won the first, 4-3 on November 1 and Fire Red got the win, 3-2 on December 7. In their two non-league games, Fire White came out top to win the Firestarter tournament on September 22 and their game in the Raiders Autumn Challenge in High River on October 5.

Up next: Fire Red and White meet again on January 5, 2020 at Father David Bauer Arena (11:15 am).
