Blackhawks beat STIX in overtime

The game was tied at 1-1 and so went to five minutes of overtime. Not a sudden death here, so when the Blackhawks scored play kept going.

Alas for the Calgary Team STIX, they were unable to pull that one back. The game went down to the final minute, the Stix pulled their goalie and worked the puck hard.

The Blackhawks, who draw players from across the province of BC, found the space to put the puck between the vacant pipes and the game ended 3-1 to the local team.
