I was at Acadia Athletic Park tonight for my daughter’s minor hockey game. The plan was to watch one game and try avoid seeing the other one- live TV coverage of Canada versus Russia in the gold medal final of the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships. Alongside the arena, home of Blackfoot Hockey Club, is a multi lane curling rink. It was packed out with players tonight. As a distraction (!) I focused partially into the mesh reinforced glass to get a sense of enclosure.
By the way, congratulations to Team Canada in their 5-4 win tonight in the World Juniors.
